This project represents our participation in a prestigious international design competition to reimagine a high-end yacht marina along the Red Sea coast of Jeddah. The vision was to craft a luxurious, functional, and visually compelling waterfront destination that caters to yacht owners, tourists, and the local community. Our proposal focused on seamless integration of cutting-edge marina facilities, contemporary architectural language, and sustainable landscape strategies that respond to the unique coastal environment.
The master plan reflects a balance between exclusivity and accessibility, setting new standards for marina development in the region.

CONCEPT FOR PROJECT
The design concept centered around creating a vibrant and exclusive marina lifestyle that harmonizes architecture, landscape, and the marine environment. Inspired by the fluid motion of waves and the elegance of yacht forms, the project features promenades, retail pavilions, berthing docks, and club facilities, all seamlessly integrated into the site’s natural contours. The landscape strategy emphasized native planting and shaded walkways to enhance sustainability and visitor comfort. The result is a timeless, high-end destination anchored in the spirit of the Red Sea.
