The Agras Medical Complex redevelopment project was a strategic architectural and planning intervention to elevate the healthcare facility’s design identity and operational efficiency. Externally, the building underwent a complete architectural facelift, reflecting a sleek, modern aesthetic aligned with Jeddah’s urban fabric. Internally, our team reconfigured the medical planning to improve patient flow, spatial functionality, and service zoning—ensuring compliance with international healthcare design guidelines and elevating the overall patient experience.
