The SAMAN Developers Administrative Headquarters and Sales Center was conceived as a direct architectural expression of the company’s corporate identity—defined by strength, strategic clarity, and confident simplicity. Acting simultaneously as a functional headquarters and a high-end sales environment, the project delivers a refined balance between operational efficiency, executive presence, and client-focused experience.
Design Concept
The design is guided by principles of openness, transparency, and collaboration. An open-plan configuration promotes communication and flexibility, while a clear spatial hierarchy organizes team areas, leadership spaces, and client interaction zones. The architectural language remains deliberate and disciplined, emphasizing proportion, rhythm, and honesty in form and material use.
Materials & Spatial Experience
Materiality plays a fundamental role in shaping character. Exposed concrete, terrazzo finishes, refined dark surfaces, and metal elements establish a strong contemporary identity. These are balanced with warm furniture tones, integrated greenery, and carefully controlled lighting to deliver comfort, human scale, and visual richness.
Exposed ceilings and revealed services reinforce the industrial-modern aesthetic, reflecting transparency, precision, and architectural integrity.
Work Environment Strategy
