NXT Medical Hub represents a new benchmark for healthcare architecture in Upper Egypt. Positioned on a 4,474.94 m² land parcel in central Minya, the project integrates outpatient clinics, diagnostic services, pharmacy, medical retail, and community-focused amenities within a modern, human-centered environment.
Developed as a strategic collaboration between Abuomar Development (AOD) and AlSadim Architects & Consultants, the project aims to introduce a refreshing architectural identity that enhances comfort, clarity, and the overall patient experience.
The design prioritizes openness, daylight, and fluid spatial transitions—setting a new direction for medical facilities in Minya.
