CONCEPT FOR PROJECT
The design concept is structured around a continuous curved spine that organizes the full interior.
Rather than compartmentalizing the workspace, the architecture creates a seamless sequence of interconnected zones through:
Free-flowing curved geometry guiding natural circulation
Gradient and tinted glass partitions balancing openness with privacy
Biophilic layers integrated into lounges, workspaces, and circulation
Sculpted ceiling elements generating rhythm, hierarchy, and direction
Hospitality-inspired social hubs enabling informal interaction
A warm, modern material palette featuring stone textures, reflective metals, and greenery
This design language establishes a strong identity for the UC Headquarters and enhances the brand’s ethos of dynamism and innovation.
