Project Info
Al-Subhi Tower is a landmark high-rise development located on Madinah Road, one of Jeddah’s most prominent commercial axes. The project is envisioned as a mixed-use vertical development that combines luxury residential units with modern commercial spaces. With a total built-up area of 55,000 m² spread over 24 levels, the design aims to deliver contemporary aesthetics, efficient spatial planning, and engineering excellence.
AlSadim Architects and Consultants provided comprehensive services, covering architectural concept and development, structural and MEP design, detailed interior design, authority licensing documentation, and Issued for Tender (IFT) packages to support project delivery and execution readiness.

CONCEPT FOR PROJECT
